We’re walking to help kids like our sweet Delaney who face something no child ever should—a painful, rare disease called juvenile myositis (JM).

As many of you know, our entire world changed this year when Delaney was diagnosed with Juvenile Dermatomyositis (JDM). Dermatomyositis is a rare and serious autoimmune disease that turns a child’s immune system against their own muscles, skin, and blood vessels. It doesn’t just steal energy and strength — it can take away the ability to walk, play, or even lift their arms for a hug. JM robs children of simple joys — and families of peace of mind, but together, we can fight back. Your support helps fund life-changing research, provide care for families, and bring us closer to better treatments — and a cure.

But hope is real, and progress is happening. There’s no cure yet, but every small step—every donation—pushes research forward, gives families strength, and helps kids reclaim their lives.

We’re joining the Walk Strong to Cure JM to raise funds for Cure JM, the only organization fully dedicated to this cause.  When we walk together, small steps create BIG change.
